　　四季酒店集团宣布任命梅瑟理（Adrian Messerli）为上海四季酒店总经理。同时，他将担任全球水疗和健康委员会决策成员，促进全球水疗和健康的人才发展。

　　梅瑟理出生在瑞士德语地区的一个滑雪度假村，成长于一家父母经营的第四代家族酒店。他原本可能执掌家族酒店，却意料之外地成为了一名游历全球的酒店职业经理人。从对餐饮知之甚少，到一名持证厨师；从只会瑞士德语，到精通英语、德语、法语、葡萄牙语和西班牙语；从一名瑞士军官，到四季酒店的领军人物——梅瑟理的人生经历丰富而精彩。

　　Four Seasons Hotel Shanghai welcomes Adrian Messerli as General Manager. Following his career journey with Four Seasons, Messerli makes the move from his most recent post at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles to China to oversee the team at Shanghai.

　　Born and raised in Switzerland,Messerli enrolled into the Hospitality Management Program at Ecole Hotelière de Lausanne and graduated in 2005. Recruited by Four Seasons out of college, he started in Food & Beverage at The Ritz-Carlton Chicago (formerly a Four Seasons hotel) and knew right away that the company was where he belonged. Messerli has traveled widely over the course of his career, climbing in management at Four Seasons destinations in the Caribbean, South America, Europe, the Middle East, and East Africa – where he was first appointed General Manager in Seychelles – en route to Shanghai.

　　Meanwhile, as Shanghai itself has expanded, lots of the newer luxury hotels have opened elsewhere. “Most of those properties are focused on high-tech and style; we are more classic, focused on service,” says Messerli, adding that the talent of his team is really the foundation of the hotel’s continued success. “One thing Four Seasons has always prided itself on is that our people are our biggest asset. I truly believe that is the case here. The way they welcome and accommodate people really touches the heart.”

　　2、涵碧楼酒店集团任命南京涵碧楼总经理——林庠森先生

　　

　　涵碧楼酒店集团正式任命林庠森先生担任南京涵碧楼总经理，全面负责酒店从筹备到开业运营的各项管理工作。

　　林庠森先生的职业生涯始于新加坡，曾在君悦酒店、香格里拉及新加坡国敦河畔大酒店担任要职。来到中国后，曾于丽思卡尔顿酒店、千禧国敦酒店，担当驻店经理等重要职务，并在维诗凯亚俱乐部、外滩悦榕庄酒店及音昱听堂担任总经理，成就斐然，尤其在销售方面取得了非凡的业绩。

　　林庠森先生毕业于夏威夷太平洋大学旅游管理与市场营销双专业，获得工商管理方向的学士学位及荣誉学位，之后又赴美国康奈尔大学完成了总经理进修课程（GMP）。他精通中文、英文、数地方言，拥有敏锐的职业嗅觉和出色的洞察能力及丰富的营运及管理经验，这一切使得他与涵碧楼品牌有着极高的契合度。

　　The Lalu Hotels and Resorts is pleased to announce the appointment of Xavier Lim as the General Manager of The Lalu Nanjing, who will be in charge of hotel pre-opening project and executive management in operations.

　　Xavier started his career in Singapore and had served Grand Hyatt, Shangri-la and Grand Copthorne Waterfront. After which Xavier has been developing his career in China. He took the role as Director of Catering & Conferences Services at The Ritz-Carlton, Hotel Manager at Millennium & Copthorne Hotels and as General Manager at Vizcaya Resort & Spa Shanghai, Banyan Tree Shanghai On The Bund and The Living Room by Octave. He has significant achievements in the hospitality industry.

　　Xavier graduated with honor from Hawaii Pacific University with Bachelor of science degree majoring in both Travel Industry Management and Marketing. He had also completed the General Manager program at Cornell University. He is fluent in Chinese, English and several Chinese dialects. His high perspective and extensive in operations and management experiences will contribute to the success of The Lalu Hotels and Resorts.

　　悦榕集团任命朱重明先生（Mr. Derek Chu）为天津海河悦榕庄总经理。

　　在就任前他曾担任澳门悦榕庄驻店经理。朱重明先生有超过20年的酒店从业经验，是一位拥有丰富经验及创新精神的资深酒店人，在香港服务过文华东方集团及半岛酒店等多家知名酒店, 先后担任过酒店运营总监及行政助理经理等职务，具有筹备开业及酒店运营的全面管理经验。

　　朱重明先生注重细节及结果的全面管理模式，未来将会带领酒店全体员工保持更高的服务标准，为宾客提供更优质的悦榕体验。

　　近日，万豪国际集团任命陈柏甫先生为中山保利艾美酒店总经理一职，全面负责酒店管理及运营。

　　陈柏甫先生来自宝岛台湾，拥有将近20年丰富的酒店从业经验和美国密歇根州立大学酒店工商管理硕士学位，足迹遍布美国、加拿大、迪拜、北京、上海、新疆、南昌、武汉、兰州等地域，曾服务于万豪国际集团、锦江国际（集团）有限公司、万达酒店及度假村等集团。

　　陈柏甫先生富有预见性及计划性，善于激发员工的潜能和能动性，并且在他的带领下，酒店行政委员会成员成立了酒店兴趣社团，让员工在工作之余，培养自己的爱好并学会在工作和生活中取得平衡。

　　Recently, Marriott International appointed Mr. Patrick Chen as General Manager of Le Méridien Zhongshan, he will be fully responsible for the entire hotel management and operations.

　　Mr. Chen comes from Taiwan, has nearly 20 years rich experience in hospitality industry and owns the Master of Science, Hospitality Business at Michigan State University. He has worked in various hotel brands such as Marriott International, Jin Jiang International Hotel Groups and Wanda Hotels & Resorts in Unite State, Canada, Dubai, Beijing, Shanghai, Xinjiang, Nanchang, Wuhan and Lanzhou.

　　Furthermore, Mr. Chen is well foreseeable and planned as well as stimulating the potential ad initiative of the staffs. Under his leadership and guidance, hotel Executive Committee members established the Activity Club to let the staffs learn how to balance work and life.

　　黄庆女士拥有20余年国际酒店管理经验，毕业于瑞士酒店管理学院，曾先后就职于香格里拉酒店管理集团、洲际酒店集团、瑰丽酒店集团和新加坡辉盛国际集团、万达集团等国际知名酒店管理集团。

　　成都棕榈泉费尔蒙酒店近日宣布任命陈家来为尝艺中餐厅中餐主厨。他将负责中餐厅的菜单出品与厨师团队管理等工作。

　　Fairmont Chengdu recently announced the appointment of Alvin Chan as the Chinese Executive Chef of Chang Yi Chinese Restaurant. He will be in charge of the menu production of the restaurant and managing the chef team.

　　Originally from Malaysia, Mr. Alvin Chan owns 38 years of experience in hotel industry. 　　近日，经验丰富，厨艺非凡的Orrin曹万舟师傅担任莆田三迪希尔顿逸林酒店中厨厨师长一职，正式加入这个大家庭。

　　曹师傅于1996年入行，至今已二十多年了，辗转于各地繁华的都市，厦门、福州、西安、青岛、上海、三亚、曼谷等，服务于各类豪华酒店集团，喜达屋、洲际、温德姆、香格里拉等。曾在各个酒店集团中数次获得烹饪大赛金银奖牌。任职期间，参与过酒店前期开业的准备工作，对于酒店的开业筹备有着透彻的了解；也多次参与酒店厨房的前期规划设计，能够熟练掌握厨房设备的配套工作以及餐具的合理选配工作。
