　　"I speak on behalf of FILE – Electronic Language International Festival, the brazilian non-profit cultural organization that has been promoting exhibitions, workshops and gatherings since 2000, seeking to investigate the appropriations of the technology media in artistic accomplishments, with the main goal of promoting and motivating artistic research and production on electronic language & technology.
