　　成年人缓冲碱正常参考值的地理分布

　　摘要：目的 建立中国成年人动脉血气分析缓冲碱正常参考值与地理因素之间的回归模型。

　　健康人动脉血气分析参考值是医学参考值的重要指标，是对疾病进行诊断和防治的基本依据，目

　　前，国内外缺乏成年人动脉血气分析正常参考值的统一标准，严重影响了临床诊断的准确性。该文

　　的研究为制定中国成年人动脉血气分析正常参考值的统一标准提供了科学依据。方法 通过大量

　　文献检索，以及向有关单位求购的方法，收集了中国51个单位用血气分析仪测定的4626例健康成

　　年人缓冲碱的正常参考值，运用相关分析和回归分析的方法，研究了其与8个地理因素的关系。结

　　果 研究发现，健康成年人缓冲碱正常参考值与中国地理因素之间有很显著的相关关系(F==：

　　13．565，P一0．001)。用非线性回归分析的方法推导出了一个回归方程：yBB一50．68—0．

　　8544／nX1±3．54。结论 如果知道了中国某地的地理因素，就可以用回归方程计算这个地区的成

　　年人缓冲碱正常参考值。依据成年人缓冲碱正常参考值与地理因素的依赖关系，把中国分为8个区。
