　　园艺疗法在小组工作中的应用——以广州市光塔街诗书社工站专业性小组为例

　　【摘要】 园艺疗法作为一种辅助性治疗手段，由于其经济实用，有助于服务对象身心健康及社会交际的特点，被越来越多的国家与地区所推崇；与此同时，园艺疗法在社会工作实务上的应用也得到广泛关注与研究。本论文运用质性研究与定量研究相结合的方法，通过广州市诗书社工站的一次专业性小组，对六位相似背景老年人进行问卷调查，同时进行深度访谈与跟踪，记录下他们参与园艺疗法专业性小组的全流程，以探索园艺疗法对小组成员生理、心理情绪及社会交往方面的提升。通过研究，笔者得出园艺疗法应用于专业性小组，可以促进长者生理、心理、及社交等层面能力提升的结论。

　　The application of horticulture therapy in group work-using professional group of GuangZhou ShiShu social work station as instance

　　[Abstract] As a auxiliary therapy，horticulture therapy is held in esteem by a growing number of nations and regions because of its economical and practical characteristics, assisting service objects to improve health in body and mind and ability in social communications. Meanwhile, the application of horticulture in social work practice has got widespread concerns and studies. This dissertation utilizes the mixture method of qualitative research and quantitative research, via a professional group in Guangzhou Shishu social work station, using questionnaire, depth interview and tracing in six elders who have similar backgrounds and recording the whole process of the professional group. Eventually, the author explores the promotions of elders in different aspects like physiology, psychology and capability in social communications after the horticulture therapy group ended. Through this experiment，writer eventually drew out the conclusion that using horticulture therapy in professional group can promote the capabilities of elders in different aspects including physiology, psychology and social communication.
