《中山大学学报（医学科学版）》出版规范和伦理说明（中英文）

　　      2022年2月15日，中国科协第十届全国委员会第三次会议在北京召开，会上211家中国科协全国学会联名发布了《中国科协全国学会学术出版道德公约》，旨在端正学术风气、加强学术道德建设。

　　     为进一步规范期刊学术论文出版过程中各方参与者的行为，促进科研诚信与学术道德建设，参照国内外成熟的出版伦理规范，中山大学学报（医学科学版）编辑部结合前期调研成果与本刊实际情况，制订以下出版伦理规范（中英文），现予以公布，请学术共同体及全社会监督。

　　

　　出版规范和伦理说明

　　中文版

　　提交给《中山大学学报（医学科学版）》的稿件确保符合以下学术工作出版伦理。

　　原创内容和重复出版：本刊仅出版原创工作。不得在其它杂志全部或部分已发表过或正在被考虑发表。

　　捏造和伪造：本刊拒绝捏造数据或图像（即伪造的数据）和捏造数据或图像（即故意的虚假陈述或欺骗性的数据处理）。

　　多余/重复发表：本刊认为基于同一实验或研究发表非常相似的文章是不道德的。

　　剽窃：当作者试图将以前发表的作品作为原创内容呈现时，即为剽窃。通过基于CNKI数据库的AMLC软件，可以对提交给本杂志的每一份稿件进行文字查重。

　　抄袭与复制：本刊会核查所有提交的稿件是否存在抄袭和重复，并仅出版原创工作。若涉嫌抄袭或重复的稿件将不被考虑在其他期刊上发表。根据 国际出版伦理委员会指南，我们希望合理引用已发表的原创成果，对于作者自己的前期工作也是如此。

　　为便于阅读，我们将出版规范和伦理归纳为四个方面，如下。 

　　作者责任

　　《中山大学学报（医学科学版）》遵循国际医学杂志编辑委员会准则，该准则指出，须符合稿件作者的标准，遵守以下标准：

　　该稿件是所列作者的原始工作。

　　该稿件稿件准确反映科学的结果。

　　所有作者对该项研究工作的概念、设计、执行、或解释等方面做出了有意义的贡献。

　　所有对该项研究工作作出有意义贡献的人都被赋予署名的机会。

　　所有作者都知悉并同意该稿件投稿。

　　该稿件以前没有发表，此次投稿后，现在和将来该稿件都不会一稿多投。

　　作者接受该期刊制定的审稿程序。

　　该稿件的全部实验数据真实可靠。

　　若不满足以上标准，但是为最终的稿件提供了重要的帮助者，可以在致谢中表示感谢，同时需要得到作者的许可。 

　　编辑职责

　　根据审稿人和编委会的评审意见，编辑可以接受、拒绝或要求修改文章。

　　编辑不应与审理的文章有利益冲突。

　　编辑应对投稿稿件进行软件查重，经过查重后，稿件将转发给两位评审专家进行盲审，他们将就稿件的录用、退稿或修改提出具体建议。

　　编辑应保持审稿记录的真实性，对审稿、修改各环节的资料有保管、保密的义务。编辑不得向有利益冲突的人泄露任何有关稿件的信息。

　　编辑必须确保本刊所接受的每一篇文稿均经过知识内容审查，而不考虑作者的性别、种族、宗教和国籍等。

　　编辑发现有违反学术规范的稿件时，可以采取其他适当的措施，如撤稿或进一步关注再采取相应措施。 

　　审稿人职责

　　审稿人对稿件的评审必须做到客观公正，应通过论据来表达自己的观点。

　　审稿人应与该研究、作者和/或该研究资助者没有利益冲突。

　　审稿人须保证作者已确认该研究中所用数据的所有来源，如发现有抄袭行为或一稿多投现象，应立即告知编辑。

　　当审稿人觉得不适合完成稿件的评审时，应立即告知编辑。

　　审稿人在稿件发表之前，不得利用稿件的内容来开展类似的研究。 

　　出版者职责

　　本刊只报道原创性研究成果，创新性突出或实用性价值较好，应在国内达到领先水平。

　　所有稿件实行注册投稿，所有评审过程无需任何费用。本刊在决定录用后收取稿件处理费(包括审稿费、排版费、制图费、彩图费，等)。

　　对已经录用的稿件，若发现学术不端行为，本刊有权退稿，并通告作者单位和相关期刊。

　　对已经发表的论文，若发现学术不端行为，本刊将作撤稿处理，刊登撤稿声明。

　　论文提交本刊，一经录用，本论文数字化复制权、发行权、汇编权及信息网络传播权等，将转让予《中山大学学报（医学科学版）》期刊编辑部。

　　论文刊出后，本刊向作者支付稿酬，并可免费获得纸质刊2本以及作者本人论文的电子版。

　　所有投到编辑部的稿件，请作者自行存留电子文档，一经录用将会公开发表，未录用稿件，编辑部将全文存档保存，并严格执行保密规定，不泄露未录用稿件的研究内容。

　　英文版

　　The manuscripts submitted to the Journal of Sun Yat sen University (Medical Science Edition) shall comply with the following academic work publishing ethics.

　　Original content and repeated publication: this journal only publishes original work. It shall not be published in other magazines in whole or in part or under consideration.

　　Fabrication and forgery: this journal refuses to fabricate data or images (i.e. forged data) and fabricate data or images (i.e. intentional misrepresentation or deceptive data processing).

　　Redundant / repeated publication: this journal believes that it is immoral to publish very similar articles based on the same experiment or research.

　　Plagiarism: plagiarism occurs when an author attempts to present a previously published work as original content. The AMLC software based on CNKI database can check the text of each manuscript submitted to the magazine.

　　Plagiarism and duplication: the journal will check whether there is plagiarism and duplication in all submitted manuscripts, and only publish original works. Manuscripts suspected of plagiarism or duplication will not be considered for publication in other journals. According to the guidelines of the international publishing ethics committee, we hope to reasonably quote the published original results, as well as the author's own preliminary work.

　　For ease of reading, we summarize publishing norms and ethics into four aspects, as follows.

　　Author responsibilities

　　The Journal of Sun Yat sen University (Medical Science Edition) follows the guidelines of the Editorial Committee of international medical journals, which points out that it must meet the standards of manuscript authors and the following standards:

　　This manuscript is the original work of the listed authors.

　　The manuscript accurately reflects the scientific results.

　　All authors have made meaningful contributions to the concept, design, implementation, or interpretation of the research work.

　　All those who made meaningful contributions to the research were given the opportunity to sign.

　　All authors know and agree to submit the manuscript.

　　The manuscript has not been published before. After this submission, it will not be submitted more than one manuscript now and in the future.

　　The author accepts the manuscript review procedure formulated by the journal.

　　All the experimental data in this manuscript are true and reliable.

　　Those who do not meet the above criteria but provide important help for the final manuscript can express their thanks in the acknowledgement and need the permission of the author.

　　Editorial responsibilities

　　According to the review opinions of the reviewer and the editorial committee, the editor can accept, reject or request to modify the article.

　　The editor should not have a conflict of interest with the article under review.

　　The editor shall conduct software duplication check on the submitted manuscript. After duplication check, the manuscript will be forwarded to two review experts for blind review, who will put forward specific suggestions on the employment, rejection or modification of the manuscript.

　　Editors shall maintain the authenticity of the review records and have the obligation to keep and keep confidential the materials in all links of review and modification. The editor shall not disclose any information about the manuscript to any person with a conflict of interest.

　　The editor must ensure that every manuscript accepted by the journal is subject to intellectual content review, regardless of the author's gender, race, religion and nationality.

　　When editors find that there are manuscripts that violate academic norms, they can take other appropriate measures, such as withdrawing manuscripts or paying further attention to them, and then taking corresponding measures.

　　Responsibilities of reviewers

　　Reviewers must be objective and fair in the review of manuscripts, and express their views through arguments.

　　The reviewer should have no conflict of interest with the study, the author and / or the sponsor of the study.

　　The reviewer must ensure that the author has confirmed all sources of data used in the study. If plagiarism or multiple submissions are found, the editor should be informed immediately.

　　When the reviewer feels that it is not suitable to complete the review of the manuscript, he shall immediately inform the editor.

　　Reviewers shall not use the contents of the manuscript to carry out similar research before the publication of the manuscript.

　　Publisher responsibilities

　　This journal only reports the original research results, with outstanding innovation or good practical value, which should reach the leading level in China.

　　All manuscripts are registered for submission, and all review processes do not require any cost. The journal will charge manuscript processing fee (including manuscript review fee, typesetting fee, drawing fee, color map fee, etc.) after deciding to hire.

　　For the accepted manuscripts, if academic misconduct is found, the journal has the right to reject the manuscripts and notify the author unit and relevant journals.

　　For published papers, if academic misconduct is found, the journal will withdraw the manuscript and publish a withdrawal statement.

　　The paper is submitted to this journal. Once hired, the digital reproduction right, distribution right, compilation right and information network communication right of this paper will be transferred to the editorial department of Journal of Sun Yat sen University (Medical Science Edition).

　　After the paper is published, the journal will pay the author, and can obtain two paper journals and the electronic version of the author's own paper free of charge.

　　All manuscripts submitted to the editorial department shall be kept in electronic files by the author himself. Once hired, they will be published publicly. For manuscripts not hired, the editorial department will keep the full text on file, strictly implement the confidentiality provisions, and do not disclose the research contents of manuscripts not hired.
