　　本文试图对当代中美主流医疗题材电视剧进行比较研究。

　　第一章主要是对当代主流医疗题材电视剧的概念和发生发展状况进行了阐述。认为医疗

　　剧是以医院为背景，以医护人员的日常工作和生活为素材，严肃地探讨当下医患矛盾、生命

　　价值与伦理道德，展现医护职业道德与个体困境，以主流意识为价值观念，真实表现社会、

　　时代冲突的现实主义电视剧类型。梳理中美两国医疗剧的发展态势，认为美国医疗剧已经成

　　熟，中国的医疗剧虽滞后于美国，却有很大的发展空间。

　　第二章是从电视剧的文本入手，总结中美两国电视剧在内容创作和形式上的异同。

　　内容上剖析了中美医疗剧的艺术文本在矛盾冲突的设置、人物形象的塑造和主流价值的

　　宣扬三个方面的异同。形式上则着重从叙事策略和视听语言两个方面进行探讨。

　　第三章认为中国医疗剧在创作上有模仿、借鉴美国医疗剧的痕迹，那么在“仿鉴”美剧

　　之后，我国的医疗剧应该何去何从？在美国医疗剧通过网络成功对接到内地时，国产医疗剧

　　该如何应对挑战，既可以满足中国观众的审美，又能在全球化语境中得以发展。对于这些问

　　题，本文提供了一些思路和建议。

　　Abstract

　　This paper makes a comparative study on modern Chinese and American medical drama.

　　The first chapter is the concept of the contemporary medical drama and development status

　　are described.That medical drama is taking hospital as the background, the medical doctors daily

　　work and life for material, seriously study the doctor-patient contradiction, the value of and ethics,

　　show medical occupation morality and individual dilemma, values of the mainstream ideology,

　　realistic TV play type performance in real social, time conflict. Development
