越南新娘未满婚龄被遣返 温州男子携子出境陪妻

　　今年32岁的温州苍南男子李某，2012年赴越南旅游时，认识了越南籍女子阮某。几天下来，两人情投意合，便在越南当地办了酒席。可两人到了边境时，李某才发现阮某才刚满16周岁。我国女性法定结婚年龄是20周岁，阮某要想在大陆居留，得凭结婚证在当地公安出入境部门办理一年周期的外国人居留签证。

　　32-year-old Li is from Cangnan Wenzhou, and in 2012, he went to Vietnam and met Vietnamese woman Ruan. And in the next days, they fell in love and prepared a wedding feast to celebrate their love in Vietnam. But when they left Vietnam border, Li found Ruan was only 16 years old. In china, female’s legal marriageable age is 20 years old. If Ruan wants to live in China, she needs to apply for one-year alien residence visa at the local cross-border administrative sector with the marriage license.

　　情急之下，李某遂与阮某提出退婚要求，结果遭到女方家人反对。无奈之下，李某只好带着妻子回到苍南老家。由于阮某仅持有旅游签证，入境后只能停留30日，所以李某不得不多次带着妻子反复出入境，花费很大。李某索性带着阮某回宜山农村老家居住。

　　In a moment of emergency, Li wanted to break off an engagement with Ruan. But Ruan’s family disagreed. And li had to bring Ruan to Cangnan. Because Ruan only had travel visa, and can stay less than 30 days in China, Li costed a lot to bring his wife out and in. Finally, he decided to live in his old home in Yishan village with Ruan.

　　为避人耳目，李某负责出门打工，阮某则留在家中洗衣做饭、照顾老人。但几个月后，民警发现阮某非法居留的情况，在该县公安局出入境管理大队劝导下，李某带阮某到县公安局主动接受处理。警方处罚后同意其办理短期延期停留手续再离境。

　　For escaping the notice of others, Li goes out to work and Ruan washes clothes and takes care of old men at home. Several mouths later, policemen found Ruan’s illegal living situation, and with local police station cross-border administrative sector’s persuation, Li accepted punishment with Ruan in the local police station. And after management, police agreed them to apply for a short-term extending stay. And she can leave after the extending stay over.

　　2013年7月，阮某回到了苍南。为避免再次被罚，李某随即更换了住所。一年后，两人便生下孩子。2015年10月，苍南县公安局出入境管理大队民警叩响了李某家的大门。

　　In July 2013, Ruan came back to Cangnan. To avoid being fined again, Li changed their living place. One year later, they had a baby. In Oct 2015, Cangnan police station knocked their door.

　　随后，李某带着阮某及刚满周岁的儿子到苍南县公安局接受处理，警方对阮某处罚款后并责令限期离境。而李某表示这次要陪着妻子一起出境回娘家生活，直到明年妻子年满20周岁后入境办理结婚证以及合法的居留手续，以后踏实生活。（作者：赵皓月综合报道/顾远 译）

When wife will be 20 next year, they will apply for marriage license and legal residence permit in China and enjoy their life.
