　　China will carry out voluntary fishing moratoriums in certain parts of high seas this year, said a circular released by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. It said a fishing moratorium will be launched in certain parts of international waters of north Indian Ocean on a trial basis for the first time.

　　日前，农业农村部印发通知，部署实施2022年公海自主休渔措施。今年，我国首次在印度洋北部公海海域试行自主休渔。

　　During the fishing moratorium, all Chinese distant-water fishing vessels, including squid boats and trawlers, will stop fishing in related waters, said the ministry.

　　自主休渔期间，我国所有鱿鱼钓、拖网、灯光围网（敷网和罩网）等远洋渔船停止在休渔海域捕捞作业。

　　Since 2020, China has implemented voluntary fishing bans on key high seas fishing grounds in the southwest Atlantic and east Pacific, according to the ministry.

　　2020年以来，我国在西南大西洋、东太平洋等公海重点渔场，实行自主休渔措施。

　　China has asked local authorities to further lower the price of COVID-19 nucleic acid tests to no more than 16 yuan per person for a single test. The price for batch testing, which combines samples from up to 10 people in a single test, should be no more than 5 yuan per person, said a circular made public by the National Healthcare Security Administration on Wednesday. The administration requires all provincial-level regions to complete the price adjustment by June 10.

　　国家医保局办公室5月25日印发通知，要求各地在6月10日前将新冠病毒核酸检测单人单检降至不高于每人份16元，多人混检降至不高于每人份5元。

　　The move is part of the government's efforts to reduce the cost of nucleic acid testing, an important means of facilitating regular epidemic response.

　　此举是政府降低核酸检测成本的举措之一，核酸检测是落实疫情防控常态化检测的重要手段。

　　In 2021, China prosecuted 60,553 people for crimes against minors, up 5.69 percent year on year, the Supreme People's Prosecutor General’s Office said Wednesday.

　　最高人民检察院5月25日表示，2021年，全国检察机关对侵害未成年人犯罪提起公诉60553人，同比上升5.69%。

　　In the meantime, 160 million yuan, three times the amount in 2018, was provided in 11,000 judicial assistance cases for minor victims.

　　2021年对遭受侵害的未成年人司法救助1.1万件、发放救助金1.6亿元，是2018年的3倍。

　　Regarding juvenile suspects, prosecuting organs approved the arrest of 27,208 underage suspects and prosecuted 35,228 last year, said the SPP.

　　对于主观恶性深、犯罪手段残忍、后果严重的未成年犯罪决不纵容，2021年依法批捕27208人、起诉35228人。

　　They also conducted the procedure to review the necessity of detention for 20,045 minor suspects.

　　2021年，检察机关对20045名涉罪未成年人开展羁押必要性审查。

　　The ongoing economic effects of the Covid-19 pandemic have taken a bite out of Americans' savings.

　　新冠疫情持续的经济影响已经蚕食了美国人的积蓄。

　　The average amount of personal savings dropped 15%, from $73,100 in 2021 to $62,086 in 2022, according to Northwestern Mutual's recent 2022 Planning & Progress study.

　　西北互助银行最新的2022年规划与进展研究显示，美国的人均储蓄额从2021年的73100美元（约合人民币48.8万元）下降到2022年的62086美元（约合人民币41.4万元），下降了15%。

　　And 60% of US adults say the pandemic has been "highly disruptive" to their finances.

　　The annual study was conducted by The Harris Poll between Feb. 8 and 17 of this year, with data pulled from responses from 2,381 American adults.
