　　The official added platforms should conscientiously implement relevant policies and regulations and improve their management systems, while livestreamers should improve their legal awareness and the quality of their content.官方新增平台要认真落实有关政策法规，完善管理制度。同时，主播应提高法律意识和内容质量。

Platforms should also investigate incidences of minors using adult accounts to buy virtual gifts for livestreamers and issue refunds to such accounts, it said.平台应该为未成年人建立一个独家的客户服务团队，并及时优先处理他们的投诉和纠纷。该平台还应该调查未成年人使用成人账户购买虚拟礼物给直播者的事件，并向这些账户退款。
