　　本文主要考察董仲舒皇权割衡思想及其伦理形态特征。在反思当前学界董仲 舒思想研究现状的基础上，本文认为，董仲舒皇权制衡思想与其尊君思想一样，是 其整个政治和伦理学说不可偏废的一部分，它是董仲舒在汉初“有限皇权”格局 逐步破坏的背景下，对皇权秩序系统性的重构。在认同既定的君主制基础上，董仲 舒试图通过对皇权的约束和制衡，使君主合理运行自己的政治权力，避免走上专 制和暴政。“德性”与“规范”相统一是董仲舒皇权制衡思想鲜明的伦理形态特 征。

　　全文论述分三部分展开：

　　第一部分：以汉初“有限皇权”政治格局的形成和变动为中心线索，从社会 rj思想的互动关系中，探讨董仲舒垒权制衡思想形成的政治背景；

　　第二部分：讨论董仲舒皇权制衡思想建构的形上基础和人性依据，并结合分 析董仲舒在天人关系观和人性论两方面对孟、萄思想的调和倾向；

　　第三部分：围绕“灾异说”和“改制”两个核心话题，深入梳理董仲舒皂权 制衡思想的具体内容和细节主张，并结合剖析这些内容和主张的“德性”和“规 范”因素。

　　This paper focuses on Dong Zhongshu。s theory of restriction of imperial powers and its moral types．Reflecting the actual study on Dong Zhongshuls ideas in academic field，l think that Dong Zhongshu’s theory of inter—restriction of imperial powers is the necessa ry part of his whole politics and Ethics as well as his theo ry of respecting monarch，which is the reconstruction of the imperial power ordering system under the destructing situation of‘limited imperial

　　powers’of former Han dynasty．On the basis of identifying the established

　　monarch，Dong Zhongshu endeavored to make the emperor run their own political powers by inhibiting and restricting impedal power so as to avoiding autarchy and tyranny．To unify“virtue”and“law”was very vivid for the characteristic of Dong Zhongshu’s theory of restriction of imperial powers
